After I deburred everything, I dimpled the rib platenut rivet holes and countersank the stiffener ring. (Right Inboard Fuel Tank Rib)
I then riveted the stiffener ring and platenuts in place. Don't worry about sealant here. A gasket will be placed over the top of the rivets. (Left Fuel Tank Inboard Rib)
