Wing Jig Gets Taken Down!

Here both wings are in the cradle and the jig is about to be disassembled. This will free up some space for the fuselage jig, coming soon. Update: The -1 kit only needs a nice flat/level table and a few good saw horses for the fuselage jig.

Running conduit for the right wing.

Wing Jig Close Up

I painted the arms yellow to help avoid the inevitable smack on the head. The adjustable arm will help eliminate any twist in the wing when the time comes..

Wing Jig

The wing jig is up! Two 10ft 4x4s and some fabricated angle. The 4x4s are aligned straight and level then bolted in place(top and bottom). The height of the angle aluminum is adjustable, which will come into play soon.
