The Template for the wiring conduit


I made this template out of the spar shipping box wood. It worked out well. I traced a rib, then marked the holes from the first cut rib and match drilled them out. I also, found it easier to go ahead and cut the outer edges to the shape of the ribs. Be sure to take your time when using the template and mark the up side. It can be confusing due to the fact that not all ribs have their flanges facing the same direction on a given wing. Do not enlarge the top tooling hole and don't drill out the outer rib tooling hole at all right now. It is used for future alignment of the ailerons.
