Lee match drilling the brackets.
After flying back from D.C. today, I was able to get some work done on the plane. Lee B. helped me match drill the landing gear legs and associated brackets. I decided this was a two man job due to the angle and weight of the gear legs. Before getting started, I went out and bought a titanium 7/16" bit, then we went to work. We used a heavy duty drill press with plenty of Boelube and very low RPM. All turned out well and I was very thankful for the help.
