Left Outboard. The bolts were installed and torqued. Be sure to put the washer on the nut side, where torque is applied. I also RTVed the inside leading edges and anywhere else I thought vibration might cause a crack.
Inboard side. Here the washers are placed on the nut side for the two bolts shown. For the third bolt, the washer goes on the bolt side, since it goes into a nutplate.
